Mic Foster and Scott Nordgren participated in, and successfully completed, their level 1 French Ring Selection this weekend. Congratulations!

They are both certified Protection Sport Association (PSA) decoys, certified Schutzhund Helpers (Schutzhund USA), and Certified French Ring Decoys (North American Ring Association). Scott and Mic are the only two active trial decoys with valid & current certifications in all 3 sports.  Their next step will be certifying as Mondio Ring decoys.

There will be no demo on October 19th.  Scott and I will be attending PSA Nationals in Baltimore, MD and will be out of town.  We are happy to schedule private training consults free of charge instead.  We are leaving town Wednesday (10/19) at 3pm and will return on Monday (10/23) in the late evening. 

If you want to get in for a consult before we go, please give us a call and get on the schedule ASAP.

Congratulations  to Mic Foster and Scott Norgren for completeing their Schutzhund USA helper certification!Great job guys.

Scott and Mic are CERTIFIED PSA decoys, police K9 decoys, Schutzhund helpers, and will be attempting a French Ring Selection in November. When they successfully complete their ring certification they will join a very small, elite group of decoys/helpers that have attained this combination of certifications.

Pet Athletic Clubs head trainer, Scott Nordgren, was selected as one of the 4 PSA National Select Decoy's.  Scott is considered one of the top decoy's in the nation and has earned the honor of working the PSA Nationals for his second year in a row.

Lars is a Black German Shepherd that recently went home after a 3 week Board and Train. He came to us to work on personal protection training for the family, and a brush up on his obedience. Here is a video clip of some of his training.

This Thursday (7/14) there will be a fundraiser for the Cincinnati Police K-9 Unit at Rock Bottom on Fountain Square.  Proceeds from each beer sold will go to support the K-9 Unit.  The Fundraiser kicks off with a keg tapping at 6:00pm and will go until close (about 1:00am).  So come down, have some dinner and beer and support your local K-9 Unit.
